ٱلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَةُ ٱللَّٰهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ Allah SWT has specified different periods throughout the year where rewards are multiplied. One of these times is Dhu al-Hijjah, the last month of the Islamic year. In Sh Allah this year, the Day of Arafah will be on Tuesday, June 27th and Eid El-Adha will be on Wednesday, June 28, 2023. In Sha Allah Eid Salat on Wednesday, June 28, 2023 @ 7:00AM. Reflecting on the Day of ʿArafah The Prophet (PBUH) said "There are no days in the year wherein the worship of Allah SWT is more beloved to Him than the ten days of Dhu al-Hijjah. The fast during these days (excluding the tenth) is equivalent to the fast of an entire year and standing up in ‘ibaadah during these nights is equivalent to the reward of the night of Qadr (power)." (Tirmidhi #758). Please bring your own prayers mats/sajadah and clean shopping bags for shoes as men will offer prayers on the masjid lawn and the ladies will offer their prayers inside, upstairs ladies hall.
